This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The only personal data the Foundation processes through this site is what you send us by e-mail.

What we process and why

When you write to the Foundation, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message in order to answer you and to keep a record of institutional correspondence (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was received and in accordance with the Foundation's archiving obligations.

Recipients

Messages are handled by the Foundation's secretariat and, where relevant, by the Chancellery or the patronage office. E-mail is hosted by Google Workspace. Data are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or object to their processing, by writing to secretariat@royalhouse.me. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).

Website technical data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes connection data such as IP addresses for security and to serve the site; the Foundation does not use these data to identify visitors.
